My Story

Hi my name is Millie. My foster mom and dad call me Mil Mil. I came to HSNT from another shelter and was really scared. HSNT knew right away that I needed to be in a foster home. So I have been with my foster family for several months now, just getting used to being a myself again. I have foster brothers who are really cool and fun. They have helped me learn to use a doggie door to get outside and go potty, where to go when it is time to eat and where to get the toys. It was really scary at first but everyday it has gotten better. I have learned that some things are not so scary but I still take some time to warm up to new people. I love belly rubs and sitting in my foster mom's lap. My Foster says: "Millie needs a patient family to love and accept her. She is a very quiet dog, doesn't bark much and loves attention. She wilI take some time to adjust to a new environment. She does well with cats if they are good with her. She has been working on leash training and you can tell she has been on a leash before. She would love a fenced in yard that she can run and play in." Email [email protected] to schedule a meet and greet today!
