My Story

Meet the sweet and resilient Minerva! Coming in at 63 pounds and just 1 year old, this mixed breed girl has already faced more challenges than most. Arriving at the shelter with her litter of pups, she devotedly cared for them with all the love and strength she could muster. Now, shes ready to find a loving home where she can truly relax and thrive. Minerva is understandably quite nervous and shy after her difficult start, it can take quite a bit of coaxing to get her out of her kennel. Minerva is learning how to trust again but shes waiting patiently for the right person to help her discover the worlds kinder side. Once she feels secure, shell eagerly seek out tender affection and gentle pets, revealing a heart full of love and gratitude. This beautiful girl is looking for a special person who can show her that she no longer needs to be on guard and that shes deserving of all the love and care she can receive. If you have patience and a big heart, Minerva will reward you with unwavering loyalty and a bond that will grow stronger every day. Minervas adoption fee is waived. She is spayed and microchipped and has age-appropriate vaccinations. A licensing/microchip fee may apply.Minerva is currently in foster, if you are interested in meeting her please contact New Hope at [email protected] Thank you!
