Meet Missy! She is a 6yr old “Pocket” Pitbull mix who came to our shelter as a stray. When Missy first arrived, she was under socialized and fearful of people in her new surroundings. Due to this, Missy was put into our socialization program; in time she has become a staff favorite and a regular in playgroups. Missy’s ideal home would be an experienced low traffic home with adult children (16+) where Missy can slowly acclimate to her surroundings. She will be fully vetted and microchipped upon leaving the shelter.
