Moe is a new arrival; found as a stray but unclaimed. He is 3-4 years old, friendly with humans and other dogs! Meet Moe previously known as Scrappy Dog! This poor pup has been roaming the neighborhood for over two years, but despite the frigid weather, he has finally taken refuge, living on a kind neighbor's porch. Scrappy is believed to be around 3 to 4 years old and is as sweet as can be.
