Molly

Molly is a beautiful 4 year old Boston terrier. She came from a puppy mill in upper New York State. She is not fond of women. The background story we received on her was that the puppy mill she came from was run by a man but he was very mean to his wife and made her do all the work. In turn she would take her frustrations out on the dogs in her care. Molly can be very sweet she gets along very well with other dogs. She has not been tested with cats. Molly is reluctant to be petted when she is mingling on the floor with her foster dogs BUT when she is on the couch, which is her safe spot you can pet her and scratch her ears all you want. Her ideal home would be with a guy who either works from home or is retired and has the patients to work with her to build her confidence in herself. She would not make a good family dog. We believe small children would scare her. Male teens would be a better fit for her as long as they have respect for animals.
