Meet Moo Moo – The Sweetest Little Survivor! Moo Moo is a 2-year-old, 12-pound Papillon mix who has been through so much but is now learning what love and safety truly mean. Rescued from a hoarding situation, he found himself in a shelter before coming to us—and now, he’s thriving in his foster home! Moo Moo is adorable, with fluffy ears and cute little spots all over. He’s been nothing but sweet and gentle with his foster family and has a special bond with his foster sister, a Husky. He loves to curl up under her tail for comfort—it’s the cutest thing! Since everything is new to him, watching Moo Moo experience the world for the first time is pure joy. Every sound, every soft blanket, every gentle pet—he’s learning that life can be safe and full of love.
