Morty

Morty is a wonderful young dog who is affectionate, playful, friendly, gentle, and loyal. He is great with cats and other dogs. Morty wants to be your sidekick, he is looking to be someone's little buddy where he can go where you go. We believe he was dropped off and that has given him a little anxiety about being left. He would do excellent with another dog sibling in the home to give him a companion when his family is busy. Morty is learning to love squeaky toys, chew bones, he isn't food motivate and nibbles a little here and there even when food is left out for him. He walks great on a leash, he is house trained, isn't a fan of the crate yet (he would prefer to be where his people are). Morty weighs 15 lbs, he has tested negative for heartworms, he's been neutered, vaccinated, he did well being groomed - by us which we are not professionals :) He has been microchipped and is ready to go HOME! If you're looking for a furry friend who will stick by your side through thick and thin, look no further than Morty. Please consider giving this sweet boy his forever home. Please note that our animals are rescued and transported from South Mississippi where major animal overpopulation means less homes. We only transport them if adopted, in most instances, we can be available for a video call once an application has been approved. We are USDA certified and WE PERSONALLY TRANSPORT OUR OWN adopted animals to meet their new families. We transport every 2-3 weeks. Our adoption fee includes the spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, Microchip, Mississippi Health Certificate, and the transport service to get the new family pet to you ***Breed input is required for each platform but is not guaranteed to be accurate. We do not DNA test.
