Bean is a lovable, 1-year-7-month-old red tri Australian Shepherd with a big heart and an even bigger personality. A perfect blend of sweetness, intelligence, and a touch of shyness, he’s a beautifully marked 55-pound Aussie with a striking red merle coat and soulful eyes that reflect his playful spirit. Neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on all vaccinations, Bean is healthy and ready to find his forever family. Affectionate to the core, Bean is the ultimate "Velcro dog"—he thrives on being near his people. If you pause in giving him attention, he’ll offer a gentle nose nudge to let you know he’s still there, ready for more love. His gentle nature makes him a perfect match for homes with other dogs and cats, and he would do best in a calm environment with adults who can appreciate his need for a little time to warm up. Bean’s intelligence shines through in everything he does. He picks up new tricks in no time and although he’s still working on his leash skills, he’s a quick learner and motivated to please. A home that can continue his training, engage him in playtime, and give him plenty of mental stimulation would be ideal. Calm and polite, Bean doesn’t jump, making him a wonderful companion indoors.
