My Story
Fred is about 3-5 years old, 58lb male, Lab- Great Pyrenees. (Need to gain a little more weight)
Fred was found on the side of the road, alone and starving, he looked confused and approached cars driving by, we believe he got abandoned by his owner, and just stayed and waited for him...
Unfortunately it's common in Texas for working dogs and house pets to be disposal this way.
Once we pulled Fred to foster care, we noticed how well behaved and fully trained he is, a mellow, quiet and super friendly with all humans he meets.
He had a cut on his back leg, could be hit by a car, and it healed nicely but will leave a scar.
+Crate trained
+Potty trained
+Leash trained
+House broken
+Treats and toys motivated
+Likes hugs and cuddles.
+Great in car rides
+Good in public
+Good with cats!
+Quiet boy, sometimes talks when he plays, and will let you know if someone ring the door bell.
+Fred is a good good boy, easy going, eager to please, goofy and funny with his toys, very polite and mellow.
-At the moment, Fred is very scared of other dogs after his bad street experience, and will take him a long time to feel safe around other dogs, and will need a super slow introduction, Fred is not reactive at all to dogs with space or dogs that don't bother him.
Therefore, it might be best for him to be the only dog, or partner with a super mellow and submissive one.
