Mr. Jingles

Mr Jingles is an 8 year old, overweight Chihuahua mix. He came us because his owner died. He gets along well with the other dogs in our care, he's active, inquisitive and independent. He is house-trained, although he does like to mark his territory, so belly bands are recommended!
