Muddy

Hey there! I'm Muddy, and my life story is one of resilience. You see, when I was younger I had distemper, and it caused me to lose the use of my back legs. The nice staff here at ADL nursed me back to health and taught me how to walk again. Now I have gotten my strength back, and even though I walk a little funky at times, I am living life better than ever! I absolutely love playing with toys, especially fetch and tug of war! When I play fetch I will even drop the ball when I bring it back to you! Once I get tired I do enjoy getting some neck scratches. I am also quite dog friendly and would love to meet any other dogs you have at home! Despite my handsome looks and sweet personality, I have been passed up a lot because I can be a bit loud in my kennel, but I promise I am a different dog once I get outside! I can be a little shy at first, but let me tell you that I am the sweetest dog. It doesn't take me long to warm up, some treats and time outside together will do the trick!
