Nicole is a mild mannered and very nice 2 year old, 45 pound Siberian Husky mix. She has SIX cute pups that need homes too! Nicole enjoyed some outside sun and 'alone' time today. Mom and pups need to gain weight and being in a shelter is not a good place for them to even begin thriving. This family needs some fosters and/or adopters ASAP!
Adoption fees are $60, $30 or free. If the pet has been at the shelter more than 30 days, they are free. Check the INTAKE DATE on the adoption card to determine this. If the pet is 4 years of age or older OR if you adopt more than one pet, the fee is $30 for each pet. All others are $60. OKC Animal Welfare is open for adoptions from 12-5:00 Tuesday through Saturday. The shelter is at 2811 S.E. 29th St., phone # 405-297-3100.
The dog/cat adoption fee includes spay or neuter, MICROCHIP, age-appropriate shots and health check. Use pet's ID # when inquiring.
