Norman came to us after his mom had to go to a nursing home . He is a little angry about his current situation in foster care . Like most chihuahuas he was loyal to one person and is grieving his owner . Norm listens to everything you need him to do but does not want you to touch him right away . He needs lots of decompression time . Norms favorite thing in the world is a leash walk . He has a lot of pep left and can walk far . Norm loves all other dogs big and small .
