Exuberant, joyful & happy, she's a bundle of sweetness and fun who is 5 months old and 23#! Nova is a short-legged mix of Shih Tzu and Lab, with a sprinkling of fuzzy Terrier on top. She adores allll the humans she meets, and makes fast friends with every dog in her path. Inquisitive and fearless, Nova is excited about every adventure. This lovable girl is also happy to snuggle up with you, and flips onto her back quick as a wink if she senses a belly rub in her future! Nova will be looking for a kind, fun-loving furever family in SE Michigan soon! **In case anyone is wondering why Nova looks familiar, she is the sister to BBW's Umami litter of 5 boy pups from June! The family whose dogs had an accidental litter (the parent dogs are in the process of being spayed/neutered at our rescue's vet Doctor Paws Veterinary Hospital) sent the five (5) Umami litter pups to us at 7 weeks old; they gave Nova to a family they knew around the same time. This family recently became unable to care for Nova, and asked if she could join us at Bark Bark Wag. We are thrilled to be her safety net! Adoption preference will be given to families who plan to attend positive puppy manners classes with their new pup!
