Olaf is a male ALASKAN Malamute AMERICAN bully born January 24, 2024. He loves other dogs and currently lives with 3 large dogs, one small dog, 4 cats and chickens. He is still a puppy and needs reminders to play gently, learning to ignore chickens. He would do well with further training like any puppy! He plays with current fosters dog friendly cats. He can be a bit excited during play and would be best with kids 10 yrs and older due to knocking them over. He knows sit, wait, down and come commands, He does good with bathing, nail trims/dremmel, brushing. He is crate trained, goes out on a 360° tie out, is mostly potty trained, loves his toys and will sleep in his crate all night long. He is good in the car but, does get a bit nervous. He is reserved with strangers and meeting new people and just takes a few moments to warm up to them. He is super smart and learns new things quickly.
Olaf's adoption fee is $450. He is fixed, chipped, dewormed, flea treated, vaccinated, and had a wellness exam.
We are accepting applications until Thursday at 5 pm. Decisions will be made by Friday afternoon and adoptions are on Sunday. For cats and kittens we do not do meet and greets.
