Ollie was surrendered to animal control with his furry brother. He was so terrified in a shelter environment and needed a foster based rescue, so FAHR stepped up to help.
Ollie is a smart, sweet, sensitive pup. We guess him to be a lab bully mix. He is approximately nine months old and weighs 50lbs. He is very much a puppy with lots of energy. If he expels that energy, he is a good dog. If he doesn’t, he gets into typical puppy mischief.
Ollie is crate-trained and stays in his crate intermittently throughout the day. He also does a great job sleeping in his crate overnight. He sits for treats, loves to snuggle, and is house trained.
Ollie loves his toy rope and his chew toys, but if he doesn’t have them, a boot, flip-flop, towel, or just about anything at his level will do. He does really well with redirection when he picks up something he’s not supposed to have.
Ollie also likes walks, but only if his furry foster brother is going and leads the way. Because Ollie is so shy, he will do best in a home with another furry sibling. There are no children or cats but we believe he will do well with both. Secure fence yard is a must!
