If eyes could speak, hers would be the perfect showcase. Paired with her gorgeous golden eyes, and adorable little wrinkles, is an even better personality! Opal is quite the little lover girl, though on occasion she forces people to bend down when she greets them, otherwise she pretends to be scared. It's a ploy that she's mastered in order to give all the face kisses possible! She's a true doll. At about 5 months, and 20 pounds or so, she couldn't be anymore of a gentle, genuine puppy. While she finds herself on laps quite often, getting snuggled, she's also quite the social butterfly with other animals! Cats are small dogs to her, and she LOVES dogs! Opal has her basics of crate-training, and commands down with a treat lure. We KNOW she will do amazingly in just about any home, as she's the perfect combo between playful and cuddly!
I can be adopted with a spay/neuter agreement! The refundable deposit of $100 is INCLUDED in my $410 adoption fee! This fee covers my spay/neuter surgery (at the Monticello Vet Clinic, not covered elsewhere), my vaccines: Bordetella, DA2PP, Rabies! & my heartworm test + preventatives! The $100 deposit is returned once proof of my sterilization is sent to AWF!
Think I might be the perfect fit for your home? You can apply for me here https://animalwelfarefriends.org/adopt/application/ OR you can apply in person when you come visit me any day during business hours! You can even adopt me that same day once approved!!
Please Note: All adoptions are on a first-come first served basis with approved adoption applicants. We do not hold animals unless the adoption is out-of-state, and fees apply.
