Oreo was found living on the streets of Tijuana. We had been feeding her periodically, as we had the opportunity. Recently, we saw her roaming by herself and picked her up. She was taken to one of our veterinaian partners and boarded with them until we found a foster to help us. Now she is ready for her forever home! She is energetic and sweet, playful and happy.
