He is very loving, and always wants to be by your side! Oscar is friendly to everyone he meets, and is currently in a FOTAS foster home with 2 other dogs and 2 cats. Oscar came to us as a stray that had ingested rat poison, he quickly found a loving foster home that has been helping him get back to health! Now that he is feeling better, he is ready for his forever home! Oscar is eager to please, and would do well with a family that can continue with his basic training. Oscar struggles with separation anxiety, and would do well in a home that can dedicate time to help him feel safe and learn being alone is ok!
