Hiya, I'm Oscar! I was found wandering in a park with a friend and gratefully, made my way to foster care. In a social, playful little dude who gets along well with people of all sizes! I am great on leash, house and kennel trained, and love sweet affection. I do great with other small dogs but I'm a little intimidated by big canines.
