Otter is a 4-year-old French Bulldog with the sweetest soul and the biggest heart. She found herself at the shelter in rough shape, suffering from pyometra, a life-threatening uterine infection, and indications of abuse. Thanks to quick medical care and a loving foster home, she’s now on the road to a bright future! Despite everything she’s been through, Otter is incredibly loving and gentle.
