Otto was rescued when his owner, who was living on the streets, wanted to give him a better life, especially since the nighttime temperatures were in the single digits. He is neutered, tested for heartworm and Lyme disease, up to date on his vaccinations, and microchipped. Otto is great with people, but he has not yet been tested with cats or other dogs.
