Hi my name is Otto! I am a shy, sensitive big boy who is looking for someone who can be reassuring as I gain more confidence. My foster mom reports that I respond very lovingly when someone gets down on the ground on my level. Once I see you're gentle and kind, I just melt into your lap. I have been fostered with dogs before and done very well. One of them was even a smaller breed dog and I was very polite and playful.
