Otto (Benefactor Puppy)

Meet Otto! He’s an adorable mix of Aussie/Border Collie and maybe Great Pyrenees. He and his litter mates were recently rescued from a rural area and brought to New Orleans for help finding their families. Otto was born in June 2024 and currently weighs 12 pounds. He’s super dog and people friendly. He’s made himself at home with his new foster family and is enjoying spending time in their pool. Otto just received his first vaccinations. The rest will be completed by Take Paws Rescue, as well as his neuter surgery at 6 months. Otto is a typical fun-loving, playful pup and he’s ready for his forever home!! Due to the number of introductions/questions received (hundreds daily) we ask you submit an application on our website (that application can be used for any dog with Take Paws Rescue). The adoption fee for puppies covers initial deworming, puppy vaccinations, microchip, and spay/neuter at the rescue's approved vet at 6 months of age. Please see our website for more information. 2022 Benefactor Adoption Fee Scale: Benefactor Puppies under 12 months - $550 Benefactor Dogs over 12 months - $450 *Take Paws Rescue saves dogs from high-kill shelters in Southeast Louisiana, owner surrenders, and discarded dogs with uncertain futures. All of our puppies live in foster homes where they are socialized, and well cared for. An application will be required to make sure it’s the perfect match!
