Meet Paige! Paige and her siblings were born in a shelter in Puerto Rico after their pregnant momma was rescued from horrible conditions. Unfortunately, due to the extraordinary number of dogs in the shelter, they did not receive much human interaction. Paige is initially timid and shy, but she warms up quickly and once she trusts you, she will boop you with her nose to get some affection. She would be most comfortable in a home with older children, or no children. Paige's mother (Tilly) and brother (Mateo) were adopted here in NH about a month ago, and now she has arrived with her sister Jenni. It's their turn, and they are excited to find their forever family(s)! We would like to see Paige adopted with her sister Jenni if possible, but they are not bonded, so they can be adopted separately. However, they will both need another dog in the family to play with and learn from. This sweet, precious little girl is 9 months old and she weighs just 38lbs. She'll likely remain under 45lbs as an adult. She is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. She is housetrained in that she knows to go on newspaper or a wee pad, and she's learning to go outside as well.
