Payne (DOB 8/5/23) is a 60 pound mixed breed dog. His coat is a silky black, and he has a calm disposition. You would never guess that he is only a year old. He is a little apprehensive upon first greetings. This apprehensiveness is not barking or aggression, rather flinching at your first touch. However, he quickly realizes that you mean no harm and is ready to accept treats from your hand. Payne is a really nice dog. Give him a short moment to warm up to you. He walks decently on a leash and keeps a clean kennel.
