My Story

Are you ready to say Yabba-Dabba-Doo to forever with me? I'm Pebbles and just like my character from The Flintstones, I am one smart and sassy 3 month, 11 pound and growing Labrador Retriever/Hound mix. Not to mention, I am cute, spunky, and always ready for an adventure. I’ve got all the best puppy qualities—curious, smart, cuddly, and playful—and I’m working hard to learn all the things I need to know to be the best dog ever! I already know "sit" and "come", and I’m practicing "stay" and "paw". I’m also working on house, crate, and leash training too, and I just need a little patience and consistency to get everything down. I love being outside exploring, chewing on my favorite toys, and playing tug of war. But my favorite thing in the whole world is my human. I love to play, cuddle, and curl up for naps right on top of you. I’m also a big foodie—peanut butter, blueberries, bananas, and strawberries are some of my favorites, but honestly, I won’t turn down a good treat! I’m looking for a forever home with someone who understands puppies and is ready to help me grow into the best version of myself. I need someone with a fenced yard who is patient, loving, and active—someone who’s home enough to help with house breaking and give me lots of attention. Socializing is super important for me, so I need a family who will help me feel comfortable in new places and around new people. If you’re looking for a fun, snuggly, and adventurous best friend, I might just be your girl! **As a reminder, puppies will need lots of time and attention during the first year. Before adopting me, please make sure that you have enough time, energy and commitment to devote to my training. Puppies need a lot of care, so everyone in your household should be on board and ready to help out** My adoption fee is $150 and includes my spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip! We do adopt out of state with vet references and video home check. *Adopter is responsible for coming to get the dog and returning the dog if the adoption does not work out* **Rescue One is unable to provide an exact prediction of how big or small your rescue puppy will become when full grown. Because of this, Rescue One does not adopt to outdoor-only homes. Pets are family and are not disposable. Please make sure that you are 100% committed to a pet before considering adding one to your home. We are a foster-based organization, and we need more fosters to help us save more animals!
