Penelope

Penelope. 1 year old. Pit mix ,perfect girl ? Penelope was one of 3 dogs we last pulled From MAS that were set to be euthanized due to distemper exposure. Penelope has tested negative for Distemper and has had no health concerns in our care. She is now spayed and fully vetted. Shes microchipped, utd on vaccines, and heartworm negative. She is still slowly putting on weight and at this time is still a bit yellow underside from being urine stained at the time of intake. She also has some pressure sores that are healing as well. Penelope aka piper is a such a sweet and loving puppy! She loves other dogs that are bigger or the same size as her. She’s cautious with cats but curious. She’s good with babies and kids. She knows how to sit and we’re working on other tricks. I think once she finds her people she will be the perfect off leash dog because she just wants to be with her humans. We are still working on potty training but she really only has accidents at night when she’s in her crate and that’s getting better everyday! Penelope is being fostered in Newport TN
