Found on NYE afraid of the fireworks, jumped right into my car and never looked back. Penny was skin and bones, she must’ve had a very sad and lonely past. She is now fully vetted, trained, and such a beautiful, sweet dog! She is worth a loving family and home. Come meet this angel
