Penny

Here's "Penny". We aren't exaggerating when we say she is something special. Just a year old, friendly to everyone, loves the company of other dogs but loves people the most. Her foster says that Penny is "happy all of the time". She describes her as smart (Penny rings a bell when she wants to go outside), sweet and very affectionate. She is housebroken and learning some other commands in her foster home. Penny is vaccinated, spayed, heartworm negative and ready for a new home. She is being fostered in Slidell, LA.
