Peony

Peony is a very sweet and lovely girl who was surrendered by “family” to a high kill shelter once her owner passed away. Peony was so sad and confused and we were so happy to be able to help her and place her in a loving foster home. She is about 3-4 years old, around 12-15lbs, has long legs, and is great with other dogs. She loves to curl up on the couch with her foster family and loves being included and being with people. She loves to be held and will make the perfect companion for a family looking for a little shadow and sidekick! She’s good in the car, was great for her grooming, gives tons of kisses, and is the total package when it comes to being a complete sweetheart. This girl deserves a fresh start with a family who will cherish her! She enjoys treats, and is doing well with potty, leash and crate training. We haven’t tested her with cats, but given her sweet demeanor and how great she is with other dogs, we think she will be fine in a home with cats, too. She likes to burrow under blankets and just has a really sweet personality. Peony is up to date on vaccines, spayed, on flea and tick preventatives, dewormed, and microchipped.
