My Story

Percy is adorable and he knows it! This TINY little guy LOVES watching your every move, whether he's sitting on someone's lap, and he's curiously observing you, or he (somehow) keeps up right behind you when you're walking all around. His one ear up, one down look is his go-to nearly all the time, and I cannot get enough of it! Percy is about 5 years old, 7.5 pounds, and keeps up with the youngin's out in the dog yard, of course, with intermittent breaks! Percy is just a darling, he loves being petted, given treats to, talked to, you name it! We know he will thrive in just about any home, while bigger dogs intimidate him at first, he warms up eventually. If you're looking for the ultimate lap buddy, he is your guy! Percy boy has got all of his basics down, and he is ready to get home, and be fulfilled with all the lovin's! My adoption fee is only $210! This fee covers all of my vaccines, microchip, nex/heartguard, heartworm test, AND my spay/neuter! Think I might be the perfect fit for your home? You can apply for me here https://animalwelfarefriends.org/adopt/application/ OR you can apply in person when you come visit me any day during business hours! You can even adopt me that same day once approved!! Please Note: All adoptions are on a first-come first served basis with approved adoption applicants. We do not hold animals unless the adoption is out-of-state, and fees apply. The animal's welfare is our first and only priority, in doing so, they are moved from the shelter into their respective homes as quickly, & humanely as possible to remove the risk of undergoing extreme stress, immune system compromission, & behavioral concerns. DISCLAIMER: Genetic Breed accuracy is NOT guaranteed; we assess by the following: Interview with or paperwork from with the previous owner Intake evaluation observations (behavior, physical appearance, and energy level) Source documents from which to analyze characteristics Consultation with other staff
