Petunia

Meet Petunia! This beautiful little lady is just as sweet and snuggly as can be! Petunia is not your typical Chihuahua - she is very quiet, and affectionate to everyone she meets. She is very gentle and she loves to play with other dogs her size. Her favorite hobbies are being on your lap, cuddling, and feeling loved. She never asks for anything, and is grateful for any attention she receives. When she was only 3 months old, Petunia was thrown over the gate of the shelter in Puerto Rico, where our wonderful rescue partner took her in and assured her that she was safe, and that they would care for her. Unfortunately, with the overwhelming number of dogs that they are trying to find homes for, Petunia grew up in the shelter and remained there for over 2 years. She is now in NH, and searching for her forever family, to whom she will give her whole heart, in exchange for a warm lap to cuddle on. Petunia is coming up on her third birthday in February, and she weighs just 6 and a half pounds. She is spayed, has all her required vaccines, and is microchipped.
