Scotties are very difficult to find in rescue. They seldom become available. Philly's father is a purebred Scotty; his mother is a mini poodle, so his temperament is just perfect. Calmer than a purebred terrier, less clingy than a poodle. A non-shedder, Philly loves other dogs!

This dog requires a fence and potential adopters are required to have good vet references. If you don't provide us with the above information we cannot move forward with the adoption.
