Hey there, Im Phinney. Im a guy that just wants to be loved. My foster mom says Im like a big goofy kid! I was rescued from The Wichita Animal Shelter just in time, before I developed kennel cough. Im a low rider, with short stocky legs and blonde fur. Those short legs are useful as I run around and play outside. I love other dogs but not sure about cats as Ive never met one. Im working on my potty training so I will make a great house guest. But make sure you pick things up off the floor, since Im a puppy and enjoy a good chew!
