Thank you for choosing to adopt! https://therescuedrescuers.org/adoption-application Name: Pistacho/ Stashy ? ? ? Age: 1 year Weight: 12 lbs Energy level: medium Coat is short and very smooth Color: black and brown Sex/ spay or neutered?: male/ getting neutered October 2nd Adoption fee: 350.00 Contact: [email protected] Pistachio who also goes by Stashy, the best friend you’ve been waiting for is a fun loving cuddly little guy. He enjoys whatever you’re up for. If you’re wanting to relax and watch television he will be on your lap getting all the snuggles he can but is also always down for a short walk or a game of fetch with his squeaky toys, when he hears squeaky toys he’s running to them. He loves sleeping under the blankets at night with his fosters and on weekends he’s sleeping in. The perfect home for pistachio is a family with energy who enjoy playing fetch in the backyard with the kids but who’s also very cuddly and loving and someone whose home more than not, he does get lonely quick. He is completely up to date on shots, heartworm negative and received a clean bill of health from the vet. He’s getting neutered October 2nd 2024. He loves cats and dogs, plays and plays with his lab friend dolly until it’s time to go to bed. He’s wonderful with all ages of children. I have a 2,5 and 11 year old and no issues with kids. Quirks: he’s a barker, he loves to bark just to bark sometimes but he thinks he’s big dog in the house. He likes jumping off furniture, we are working with him to use the ramp. So someone would definitely have to work with him on jumping off furniture, it’s not good for his little joints. Energy level id say is medium. Pistachio is great on a leash, loves walks but prefers short ones, not long walks. Crate training is going well as long as he has his blankets. No heath issues. We are working on house training, he has accidents but he’s getting a lot better this week. Patience is key with sweet Stashy. He deserves the best of the best!
