Poncho

Poncho is the big teddy bear you’ve been looking for! For the mastiff loving families out there who wants one of these gentle giants at a time, this is guy you want! He was saved from a shelter euthanasia at the 11th hour and has been waiting for a family for 10 months. His foster family has come to know him well and they are shocked that he hasn’t been a pick for a family yet. He loves to be with his people, but also enjoys lounging in the backyard alone. He is great on leash, loads right up in the car, greets everyone with enthusiasm and joy, and he goes to stores around new people regularly. He does need to be the only dog in the home and cannot be around cats, and also needs a secure yard. In true mastiff style, he can be a bit of a bulldozer! We know Poncho is the right fit for a family out there, we just have to find them! He’s approximately 5-6 years old, around 110lbs, neutered, vaccinated, on preventatives, dewormed, and microchipped.
