Pongo

Pongo is a 2 year old male pointer mix who came to us as a stray after being seen being dumped out of a car. Better days ahead for this little guy! Pongo weighs 37 pounds. His finder reported him to be good with other dogs, and he has been non-reactive to cats while in our care. A meet and greet with any existing dogs in a potential new home will be required to ensure a good fit. Pongo knows how to sit and takes treats gently. He does seem to be a little overwhelmed by shelter life and can initially come across as shy. A home setting will likely do Pongo a world of good—we hope to find him a family soon!
