Meet Poppy. An adorable 5-month-old, 10lbs Shih Tzu-Maltese mix. Not too long ago, she was living the stray life in Texas until she was rescued and brought up to Michigan. She was very scared but after minutes in a warm welcoming lap, she found peace. She is a sweet love bug. Here are a few things to know about Poppy: I love cuddling in your lap and getting belly rubs. I am a Michigan girl at heart and enjoy the snow! I am very food motivated and might need to be fed away from other furry friends in the family. I sleep peacefully in my crate overnight 6-7 hours. I can walk on a leash for short walks. I am doing great on potty training. I have only pooped outside but need to continue on a consistent routine. I can use pee pads. I am up to date on shots and spayed. I can't wait to find my furever home and start loving on my special family.
