FOSTER or FOSTER TO ADOPT NEEDED! Poppy is a one and a half year old border collie mix. She was adopted out of a county shelter by someone who had no time for her, so she is now living outside. She is at risk for being taken back to the county shelter as an owner surrender. Poppy is spayed, approximately 30lbs, and dog and kid friendly.
