When Quincy first arrived at the shelter in January, he was listed as 5 years old, but now that he’s in AGSDR foster care, we’re thinking he’s closer to 3 ½—his energy is off the charts! Or as Molly Shannon would say on SNL, “I can run and jump and jump and run!” Quincy is always on the move, showing off his happy spirit - even the vet agrees, calling him a “Happy Boy!”
With his unique shorter front leg, Quincy has a clever way of using it like an arm, adding to his one-of-a-kind charm. Though he started off sad and confused in the shelter, Quincy’s personality came bouncing back when his foster mom arrived. Now he’s busy getting to know his foster siblings—and proving he’s got a great sense of humor. Just ask his foster sister, who wasn’t quite sure how to feel when Quincy playfully tugged her fluffy tail (they’re buddies now, though, and love to play together).
Quincy’s not just about his four-legged pals, though. He’s also been winning over his foster mom’s 11-year-old granddaughter. He’s got the charm, the playfulness, and plenty of love to share—he’s just waiting to find his perfect forever home. We know you’ll love Quincy, because he already loves you!
