Hi there, I’m Tessa. I’m a sweet and spunky 4-year-old lady looking for my furever home! I may be small, but I have a big heart full of love to share. I’m always alert and curious about the world around me – whether it’s sniffing out new adventures on walks (I’m great on a leash!) or watching the world go by from the car (yes, I ride like a pro!). When I’m not out exploring, I love to curl up in a warm lap for some snuggle time. I also know how to use a doggie door and have good potty manners. Typically, an application and home visit (both of which are required for adoption) MUST be completed, BEFORE a potential adopter will be introduced to one of our pets, in order to first determine that our basic adoption requirements are met, prior to introductions being made. We also utilize personal reference and vet checks (to ensure that any pets already in the potential adoptive home are current on vaccines, heart worm prevention and sterilized) in our adoption process, all of which is intended to ensure that the best match, between pet and people, is made. The adoption fee is based on on the dog's age.
