This shy, fearful puppy has been learning to trust the world around him, but he's still a bit nervous about human interaction. With patience and love, Ragtime is starting to open up, and he's ready to find his forever home with someone who understands his unique needs. Venturing outside is a favorite for Ragtime but constant supervision is a requirement until he is more comfortable with his environment as he is a run risk. We are working hard on getting comfortable walking with a slip lead and harness as well. Ragtime is in a foster home.
