Ralph is a true gem - a stoic boy who so appreciates attention. He was left at the shelter with a skin infection that left his coat spotty and sparse. With medication his coat has much improved and he feels so much better. He will soon have a full and shiny black coat. Ralph patiently waits for his turn to go outside and always has a clean kennel. He's a joy to walk and will be a loving and loyal friend.
