Reenie is a great dane/ lab mix who is a shy, sensitive girl. Once she is comfortable, Reenie opens up and is goofy and friendly.
In the yard, Reenie becomes a big puppy and cavorts around the yard chasing toys. She is learning proper manners and seemingly enjoys the process. Although her leash manners need some work, she is also progressing in that skill as well.
Reenie would be a wonderful companion for a family looking for a young, energetic dog that is looking for a second chance in a home.
The shelter has an appointment only policy. We ask potential adopters to fill out our application, prior to a scheduled meeting. The staff is very accommodating, and we welcome any inquires.
