Meet Rex! Rex is a handsome 2 year old Schnauzer surrendered by his family when they could no longer care for him. Now fully vetted and housebroken, he is looking for his perfect fit. Rex is a sweet guy who loves toys, and play and his foster family. He is playful and loves all toys. He can get a little too assertive playing tug of war if the other dog won’t let him win. He loves to be with his people and loves to lay on our laps. When he is ready for bed he will curl up on the couch until we put him in his crate for the night. He loves to go on walks and does well on leash or harness. He is still reactive to others who come up to us on walks or visitors. He will need a patient owner willing to continue to work with him on his manners. He currently does not have a fenced yard, but sure would love to have one.
