Meet Ripley, a lovable 2-year-old black and rust, cropped female with a slim, sleek, and petite build. Don’t let this pixie princess fool you, as she has boundless energy, evident from her 3-mile run with her foster mom without fatigue. She doesn't enjoy ball or frisbee retrieval, so other activities are necessary to expend her puppy energy. She would excel in a home with a playmate who matches her energy level. Ripley walks nicely on a leash using a harness. However, she will require continued training to address her leash reactivity while out and about, when encountering new people and dogs. Don't even think about leaving your shoes, socks, or anything destructible within her mischievous grasp. Ripley is crate trained but she has a hidden talent for destroying beds and blankets. She's a social butterfly around visitors in the home but can be skittish at times. Her moderate prey drive indicates potential compatibility with cats, but we do not recommend her for households with small children. A fenced yard is a requirement. Interested in Ripley?
