Meet River!
River was rescued as a stray from a busy road with a collar embedded in his skin. He has since healed up and is ready for his forever home! His foster says that he is her shadow and loves to follower her around. He does well with all of the dogs that he lives with, and hasn't had the opportunity to be cat tested yet. His foster mom says he needs to work on his basic training, but is a happy go lucky guy that loves everyone. The vet thinks he is 1-2 years old.
