My Story

After 4 years she is now facing one of her worst fears… ? Ever wonder why so many rescue pups carry some sort of insecurity? Well despite being a loyal, loving, and devoted companion to human kind at one point or another pups are abandoned, abused, or neglected putting them into the situation of needing rescue. How do these pups truly know the next family is going to be there forever? They don’t, but they trust anyway until the day comes when they are once again being given away. Riza was adopted from us in 2020, at just a year old. She was rescued after surviving a collision with a car. The long term effects of this collision left her needing daily medication to prevent seizures. Although she thought she overcame all the obstacles life had to offer she was recently presented with a new one when she got an eviction notice from her current family. Ever since adopting Riza the family has suffered from allergies, and after four years they have become too severe to coexist with Riza. As a middle aged girl Riza hopes her moderate but non puppy energy will appeal to an adoptive family. This girl has lived with other pups and feline friends in her former foster home, and enjoys their companionship. Basic manners abx obedience are up to par, however the life she has known for the last 4 years is coming to an abrupt end so there could be some regression as she transitions and adapts to her new life. Riza can be a bit shy but she is a very sweet girl that loves to smile for the camera once she is comfortable. If you think you can give this pup the happily ever after she deserves email [email protected] today! Location: Punta Gorda, FL
