Meet Roo!!! This absolutely delightful boy is looking for his forever family. He's 6 months old, 30lbs (we think he will be 40 full-grown) and was found as a stray. After bring picked up by animal control, he went through the shelter system and was flagged for rescue. He's actuallly so sweet and good with everyone, we could easily see him being a therapy dog in schools or hospitals! His foster dad says: "Roo is a very handsome and sweet boy. He’s incredibly playful and curious but can also be a bit shy at times as he settles in. He is really just looking for reassurance and a sense of safety. His leash walking skills are decent but he is very young and just taking everything in. He gets distracted easily. A bit of reassurance and words of affirmation are all he needs to get moving again! Roo would thrive with plenty of play and exercise. He is a gentle boy and gets along with children and other dogs. He is easily bathed, picked up and cuddled with, showing no signs of discomfort when engaging in these situations!" INTERESTED IN ADOPTING?
